The shower in the bathroom felt dirty and unstable, with a bent curtain rod and no liner. Walls show wear and tear, needing repair. You can hear conversations from adjacent rooms. The bedding appeared unclean with noticeable stains, detracting from comfort. Parking options are insufficient, leading to confusion about overflow areas for vehicles. Plus, taking a dog out in the early morning to a 'keep off' grass area is less than ideal.
